Operator Platform
As an Operator Platform, it follows an operator-as-a-service approach where Keval embeds himself into early-stage or high growth potential companies, applying his leadership, strategic thinking, and value creation capabilities in senior roles to help fulfil potential.

Do we Invest into Companies?
E&P engages at an operator level first - leading a company’s operations entirely - and selectively provides capital if there is a clear incentive for ownership. In such cases, E&P has a long-term ownership model, holding companies indefinitely unless exceptional exit opportunities arise.
