  • When a Venture Creation Vehicle, E&P is acting as in incubator for ventures ideated and built by Keval and select individuals – setting up a base to develop, launch, and scale physical and digital projects under one cohesive platform.

  • As an Operator Platform, it follows an operator-as-a-service approach where Keval embeds himself into early-stage or high growth potential companies, applying his leadership, strategic thinking, and value creation capabilities in senior roles to help fulfil potential.

  • In selective cases, E&P has the capabilities to invest - providing a structured entity through which, when applicable, can deploy capital and acquire ownership positions that are aligned with company values and long-term interests.

  • E&P focus on UK-based businesses, with a strong preference for London-headquartered companies, as it enables proximity and hands-on operational engagement.E&P are seeking opportunities where leadership support is welcome, and where they can enhance product development, use data effectively, or surface operational inefficiencies to discover untapped opportunities
